FIBEGA, in its early stages was the Ibero-American Gastronomy Fair, a project born from Spanish based company and with the objective of highlighting the growing sector of Gastronomy Tourism and uniting industry professionals. The goal was to become an annual gathering point where global representatives from regions and companies could connect in a first of its kind event focused on culture, gastronomy and destinations. Following two successful editions in Spain and Argentina, FIBEGA Miami was created and will remain in Miami as the Premier International Gastronomy Tourism Fair.
