The Jury will consist of an international group of professionals from the gastronomy tourism sector, journalists, travel agents and chefs. They will choose the winner of the FIBEGA MIAMI 2019 Award amongst the (5) finalists of each category. Awards will be presented to the winners during the gala dinner on May 10, opening day of FIBEGA Miami 2019.
