During FIBEGA Miami 2019, eminent destinations of the world will gather to discuss the offers from cruise lines with innovative gastronomy on board, airlines with the most sophisticated menus, and the hotels that present their guests with authentic culinary experiences.
From May 10 to 12, more than 200 travel agents from all over the world will convene at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
At the opening gala of the fair, the winners of the First Annual FIBEGA Gastronomy Tourism awards will be announced. These awards recognize the work of the top organizations, regions and companies within the world of gastronomy tourism.
FIBEGA Miami will additionally present a three-day professional CONGRESS, divided into three fundamental segments: The stakeholders of gastronomy tourism, highlighting new technologies in gastronomy tourism and the international meeting of chefs in collaboration with the Basque Culinary Center.
The fair will also offer a VIP GOURMET zone. This exclusive space will showcase products and gastronomy from the world’s most first-class foods like Mexican escamoles, Italian and Spanish truffles, wines from Argentina, and gourmet coffees. A meeting place for foodies to savor the best the culinary world has to offer all in one location.
