FIBEGA is the International Gastronomy Tourism Fair, an international event that each edition brings the best diversity of gastronomy and tourism from international regions.

FIBEGA Miami 2019 will become the most important networking event in the tourism and gastronomy sector, where regions, enterprises and global institutions meet to work for business, development and tourism.

This is where destinations, companies and organizations meet, as well as top decision-makers, experts, buyers and young professionals from every touristic area: Hotels, tourism organizations, tour operators, travel agencies, transport companies, booking portals, systems providers and all the others.

FIBEGA Miami 2019 held on 10, 11 & 12 May 2019, 10:30 am – 6:00 pm in the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Why Miami?

Miami is the vital strategic enclave of America’s tourism, and one of the trade cores related to food industry.

Miami is a meetting point between USA, Canada, Latin America, Africa and Europe.

According to UNWTO data the United States has more than 25 million international tourists per year. Currently, culinary tourism is being identified as their primary motivation.

Gastronomy tourism has become the spearhead of the economic development and tourist promotion of international destinations.

FIBEGA, as the reference event for gastronomy tourism, will become the annual fair in the city of Miami. In 2019, from 10 - 12 May; culture, aromas, diversity and sustainability will be the axis of union of the international regions gastronomy representation to promote tourism and its regional identity.
