FIBEGA will take place in the recently modernized, Miami Beach Convention Center on May 10-12, 2019. The highly anticipated Miami Beach Convention Center is a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of the Beach; a premier destination famous for its culinary delights, tantalizing beaches, expansive resorts, spicy nightlife and shopping.

Why Miami?

Miami is a global hub for international commerce. Known as the gateway to Latin America and the Caribbean, it is also ideally situated for Canadian, European, and African trade cores to meet.

According to UNWTO data the United States has more than 25 million international tourists per year. Currently, gastronomy tourism is being identified as their primary motivation.

Gastronomy tourism has become the spearhead of the economic development and tourist promotion of international destinations.

FIBEGA, as the reference event for gastronomy tourism, will become the annual fair in the city of Miami. In 2019, from 10 - 12 May; culture, aromas, diversity and sustainability will be the axis of union of the international regions gastronomy representation to promote tourism and its regional identity.
